Therefore, guidelines are set in place by management for all employees to follow as it deals with the day-to-day facets.

Our customers are never left second-guessing our intentions as a company, as we act with our customer's best interest in heart. We value ourselves by putting principle ahead of our egos and aim to do right at every turn.

As an organization, we believe in treating everyone fairly, even in disagreement. We strive to develop long-term relationships with our colleagues through mutual respect for their interests while still upholding ours. Therefore, we treat people fairly and develop procedures and processes which are fair in cases where disagreements may arise.

 

 

 

CONSIDERATION

 

We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a company. Our decisions will affect clients and colleagues and should take those consequences into account when making decisions. Always conduct yourself professionally. Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down others. Harassment and exclusionary behavior aren't acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means.

• Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms. - Unwelcome sexual attention.

Fabric By Nature is as open and transparent as a company can be regarding issues of abusive conduct, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, etc. We also hold ourselves to be transparent in the execution of the investigations of the alleged allegations brought forward by our valued employees or customers.
